I started training with Jez over 3 years ago because I have had severe  issues for many years and felt it's time to do something to have better health and fitness with quality of life and longevity.  Jez has taught me to look at how and what I eat and the affects it has on my body. Also learning discipline and being constant in my approach. In the same way I train to keep my body and mind alert, Jez has encouraged me to contemplate what God has and is doing in my life everyday.  

I found that I now have more energy for my faith and come to terms with how we are wonderfully and weirdly made! We are created in Gods  image!

The Apostle Paul  talks about " the race set before us...he also realised the need to take control of the body and the need to train it. Jez taught me that training is hard but also should include not just physical but nutritional and spiritual exercise as well, which is both challenging but very rewarding. 

I can now so understand the outlook Jez has with "If it challenges us, it changes us!!"

I thank Jez that he has showed me biblical principles that relate to how we can look after the gift God has given us, especially when we make sacrifices and realign our hearts and focus on  the strengths Jesus can help us with in faith.
